ENERGY SAVER
replacing old oil or gas boilers
replace your old oil boiler with an 'A RATED ' condensing oil boiler and a full set of heating controls and save up to £250.00 pounds a year.

if your old boiler is over 15 years of age then it is not as efficient as it could be so its costing you money , and its pumping out more CO2 emissions than it should be.

also fit a insulating jacket on the hot water cycliner it only costs a few pounds and will save £30 to £40 a year , and keep the hot water longer.

CAVITY WALL INSULATION
a home with no insulation can loose a third of the heat through the walls.

cavity wall insulation will help reduce the amount of heat you need and also the oil you use and can save £100 to £150 a year.

for homes with solid walls insulating the inside or outside of the walls can save £300 to £350 a year.

LOFT INSULATION
25 per cent of the heat loss is through the roof.

loft insulation is one of the most cost effective energy saving measures , and its easy to install.

insulating your loft to the depth of 270m/m can cut your fuel bill by £135 a year if you have no insulation at the moment.

if you have insulation top it up with more 270 m/m thick.

loft insulation is effective for at least 40 years and will pay for itself over and over again.
